Currently, the metal framework is computer-designed and computer-manufactured (CAD\/CAM), achieving high precision. Furthermore, modern resins allow for aesthetics that are virtually on par with ceramics.  <\/p><p>This type of prosthetic rehabilitation is indicated when the patient has not only lost their teeth but has also lost, or is expected to lose, part of the bone and gum tissue. The pink resin over the metal framework allows for the replacement of missing bone and gum, in addition to the teeth. Thus, it restores the patient&#8217;s self-confidence through excellent aesthetics, functionality, and comfort.
